Crest Solutions LineMarker™ ships with an integrated PC, electrical Panel, Cognex vision system and triggering sensors.  Crest Solutions LineDirector™ software is integrated into the solution to provide centralised line control management of the vision system and the printer in a compliant environment.

The vision system used in Crest Solutions LineMarker™ is Cognex based.  Cognex, the worlds largest industrial vision

Camera Control and Pack Verification

Crest Solutions LineDirector™ is specifically designed to leverage the Cognex range of vision sensors and associated equipment in an automated production environment, providing advanced 21 CFR Part 11 capabilities for FDA regulated industries.

Printer Control

The LineMarker™ software can integrate with most standard printers and once the variable data is entered into the LineDirector™ interface the software sets up the camera vision system and the printer. This single data entry reduces data entry errors.
